Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you want to make a return, please send an email to pimpmymeeplespl@gmail.com and you will receive information about further steps there.
If there is something wrong with your order and you would like to make a complaint, please also send an email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Zwroty I Reklamacje

Możesz zwrócić Towar do 7 dni bez podania przyczyny. Jeśli minie 7 dni możesz ubiegać się o możliwość zwrotu jednak mogę się nie zgodzić.
Zwracane przedmioty muszą być w nieużywanym stanie, takim w jakim je otrzymałeś.
Aby zwrócić przedmiot musisz mieć dowód zakupu, moje produkty są autorskie więc wystarczy zdjęcie przedmiotu lub dane które pozwolą mi sprawdzić liste zamówień.

Jeśli chcesz dokonać zwrot napisz na pimpmymeeplespl@gmail.com aby ustalić jego warunki.
Jeśli coś jest nie tak z Twoim zamówieniem i chcesz zgłosić reklamację również napisz na ten sam email.

Kosz przesyłki w wypadku zwrotu bez podania przyczyny ponosi kupujący.
